Terms and Conditions

 1. You Know that SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate through its platform and other resources finding for you such students as who want home tuition in your area of expertise.

2. You authorize SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS to collect payment on your behalf in consideration of the home tuition delivered. You understand and agree that home tuition will deduct its commission from the payment received.

3. Registration charges Rs.500/-

4. You indemnify SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS from and against any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) which arise directly from breach of any applicable law, for your negligent or willful misconduct.

5. Relationship between SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.

6. SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS adheres to the highest standards of academic rigor in all its work any lapse on the part of the tutor will lead to the immediate elimination of his/her name from SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS database.

7. Maximum of two chances will be given to the tutor to prove themselves.

8. You will be paid after the monthly sessions. Once you raise an invoice and your tuition sessions are confirmed by the customer, it will take approximately 3 days to make your payment.

9. Future assignment will solely depend on the performance of the tutor.

10. SHRIJI HOME TUITIONS Reserves the right to Change the Terms & Conditions anytime time without prior notice and you will be bound by these Terms of Use as updated or modified.
